Return Policy

Pure ReLeaf is a firm believer in knowing what is put in one’s body and adhering and protecting one’s safety.  It is for this reason we will not allow returns of any product purchased and received. This is to ensure you have received an untampered, unopened “Pure” product that has not been reprocessed and specifically made for you.  If for any reason, you did not benefit from our products or we were not able to aid you, no need in returning the product. Please finish or discontinue at your discretion and contact us to inform us of the issues or concerns so we may perfect for future customers.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but know it’s in the best interests of you and our customers.

If you receive product that is damaged, tampered, or broken, please take a photo of the product or contents in question the day of receiving and forward along with a description to Support@PureReLeaf.com.  We will happily honor and replace and said item should the terms above be met.

Refunds (if applicable)

See “Returns.  We will not accept returns, however, in certain instances will offer refunds.  If product or contents are compromised the day of receiving we will offer a refund or, if preferred, will happily ship you the exact product ordered if the following terms are met:

Send a photo taken the day of receiving and description of product and how it arrived to Support@PureReLeaf.com

Upon receipt, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@PureReLeaf.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However, if terms are met above (see “Refunds”) on compromised products we will happily replace with like product.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@PureReLeaf.com

Shipping

Please do not return product for any reason.  If any issues arise please contact Support@PureReLeaf.com and a representative will reach out as soon as possible.
